My journey as the Founder of this IGCSE Tutoring Organization began with a simple belief: that every peer deserves the confidence to excel. It was incredibly rewarding to design the curriculum and lead a team of 15 volunteer tutors, all focused on demystifying subjects for Year 10–11 students. Beyond the lesson plans, seeing the relief and pride on the faces of over 100 tutees as they improved their academic performance and felt ready for their exams was my greatest motivation. The most meaningful result? Transforming our efforts into tangible good by donating over $900 in tutoring fees directly to a local children’s shelter to support their education. It proved that academic success and social contribution truly go hand-in-hand.
